Upwords gathers data, including personal data, in the following ways:
• Business process;
• General information requests;
• Budget requests;
• Online forms;
• Event management (in person and/or online);
• Recruitment or spontaneous application processes;

Depending on the nature of the interaction, and only when necessary, Upwords may request some personal data, including name, email, address, telephone number, identification document number/tax number, date of birth, gender, nationality, academic qualifications, professional status and/or bank/payment details.

As soon as the data is no longer required for the fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, it will be erased or periodically deleted.
